Inspiration
The amounts of ways you can use this planner is endless. Each page comes with its unique variety of opportunities and planning options. Pick whatever way YOU want to use it. These are just suggestions that might help serve as a guide.
Monthly Calendar Page: Every month has a basic calendar grid, but it is not numbered. This allows the book to begin at any given point in time, and then you can come back to months you missed whenever you want.
Spectrum Tracker Page:
This page is a way for you to track day-by-day factors that may be on a spectrum: I.e. stress, mood, or sleep. You can use the boxes at the bottom as one axis (like a key), and then add points to track. your activities/habits. You can also keep stats of numerical things, such as hours of sleep, time spent doing another activity, etc.
Habit Tracker:
Habits are the things you have to do (or try to do) every single day. Every box grid represents one habit, and is built like the calendar grid. You can write your habits on the side or above each grid. Then, fill in each box on the day you complete this task. Then, you can see your progress easier.
Brain Dump: This one is pretty simple. Just write down whatever is on your mind!
Goals + Progress: Write down whatever you want to accomplish within the month. It’s kind of obvious, so do this however you would like!
Weekly Spreads: Almost all of these boxes are unlabeled. Use them for whatever you would like! Each box could be used for different ideas, tasks, activities, etc. The sky is the limit!
(Note: the 3rd week of every month features a "dutch door" spread. These are very common in the bullet journal/planning community. You can cut the half sheet off to create your door, or just leave it for extra journaling space!)
See video for "Dutch Door" Weekly pages:
With this weekly spread, you can either cut off the side to create a "dutch door" effect, or leave it and enjoy the extra planning space, as shown.
My Personal Favorite Setup: events in the smaller box, to do lists and tasks in the larger box! But this is just a suggestion!
